All polices are determined by a member elected board of directors.  It is the policy of Ozello Water Association to keep private all account information with respect to its members. Like other businesses that must reinvent themselves every day in response to ever-changing markets, member owned businesses are continually evolving to meet their members’ needs, with new members being added all the time.

     YOU WILL NOTICE OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS THAT OWA EMPLOYEES AND EQUIPMENT MAY BE AT YOUR                     METER BOX DOING SOME EXCAVATING. PLEASE DO NOT BE CONCERNED. THIS IS A PROGRAM SET IN MOTION                   BY THE EPA TO HAVE EVERY UILITY COMPANY DIG UP AND VERIFY THE SERVICE LINE MATERIAL LEADING FROM THE       WATER MAIN TO THE METER ALONG WITH THE CUSTOMERS LINE LEADING FROM THE METER TO THE RESIDENCE           OR COMMERCIAL BUILDING.

     THE EXCAVATING AND VISUAL INSPECTION WILL ONLY HAVE TO BE DONE ON BUILDINGS BUILT IN

     1989 OR OLDER. THIS MIGHT BE THE REASON FOR SKIPPING OVER SOME METERS.

     WE DON'T FORSEE HAVING ANY MATERIALS TO BE CONCERNED WITH, IN THE CASE WE DO YOU

     WILL BE CONTACTED BY OWA.
